Personality: Silverstripe is rather easy going and laid back. He prefers to take his time doing things and planning out his day rather than jumping straight into action. He doesn't react very quickly to situations, and often needs a moment to process new information. Tracking and hunting are his strong points, though he is about average in most aspects.
History: Silverkit was born to Lilynose and Oaktail of ThunderClan, along with his sister Ashkit. He was named for his light, silver-colored fur. The two kits grew up very close to one another, going from an uneventful kithood to train together as apprentices.
Silverpaw was given to a stern mentor by the name of Stormfang. In the beginning, the young tom didn't very much care for his mentor, as he allowed little room to have fun. But as he grew older, he began to understand why Stormfang was so strict - to toughen him up into a better warrior from the get go - and started to appreciate him a little more.
Just before they were set to become full warriors, Silverpaw and his sister Ashpaw were exploring out in the forest together, as they did sometimes. Not noticing until two late, they stumbled over a fox den. The fox emerged from the den and, in perceived self-defense, attacked the apprentices. They fought hard for some time before realizing that they could not defeat this fox on their own. They turned and fled, racing towards the camp while screeching for help. Warriors came to their aid, chasing away the fox, while Ashpaw helped Silverpaw to the medicine cat's den. He had been badly injured by the fox: a large chunk of flesh had been ripped out of his shoulder, while sharp teeth marks gouged the area around it. It was a long recovery, and Ashtail earned her warrior name sooner than Silverpaw. At the time, he felt discouraged and upset by this, but with time he was able to smooth over his feelings. He earned his warrior name Silverstripe one moon later, the scar on his shoulder still fresh and pink.
