- Extremely energetic, to the point where he tires out everyone else, not just himself
- Bouncy and constantly restless, looking for things to do and play with
- Talkative, and pretty much the type of apprentice that need constantly scolding and corrections because of his fleeting attention span
- Competitive and playful towards his fellow Clan mates, especially his sister
- Unfortunately tends to forget to sheathe his claws in his excitement, and has clawed his sister on more than one occasion
- Heavy sleeper - mostly because he burns all his energy before sundown and is exhausted come night-time
- Too 'simple' to be bothered by his heritage as the son of two leaders, and usually fails to think there's anything special about it
- Growing up with a limited amount of family, Wildpaw tends to give cats he's close to 'relative-like' nicknames because why not~
History:
Born to Batflight and Barkstar, the deputy and the leader of ShadowClan respectively, together with his sister Hemlockkit.
Wildkit was too young to remember how happy his family was, once; by the time the tomkit was becoming aware of the world, it was pretty hectic. His father, Barkstar, whom he'd never remember beyond some broken, gruff words of affection, was dead - and now their mother had become leader. Wildkit was more than a bit disappointed that suddenly his mother was so often very busy, and he and his sister had to be cared for by another queen again and again. In the beginning the tomkit was liable to throw
fits or sit down pouting whenever Batstar told them she wouldn't be in the nursery with them for the night. It took quite a while for him to understand that his mother had many responsibilities that stole away their time together, but that she loved him and his sister no less for it.
As a result of Batstar often being away, Wildkit grew closer to his littermate and sibling, Hemlockkit, as the one available family member he had. His tireless energy and blatant disregard (read; lack of understanding) of their places in the Clan's social settings did get on his sister's nerves - as her budding uptightness and early maturity bothered him, so in a way they were even. Their sibling dynamics suffered minimally from this however, so Wildkit didn't complain.
At six moons of age, Wildpaw and Hemlockpaw were apprenticed. Wildpaw was given Tigermoth for a mentor; if the tomkit thought the small she-cat looked unimpressive at the apprentice ceremony, he was soon forced to eat his own words, because Tigermoth showed him that even small packages can have quite the punch.
