Personality:
Overview
The newly-apprenticed Mistpaw is full of what anyone would find in your typical apprentice - An eager-to-please cat with an eye on becoming a warrior. However, despite her stereotypical apprentice behavior, Mistpaw has her own unique personality that is sure to bring charm to those around her. Or, if they aren't into the whole hyper-active apprentice sort of thing, to bring headaches to those around her. Note: P stands for Positive Trait, E stands for Equal Trait, N stands for Negative Trait.
Energetic(P)
Although she gets tired at night like every other cat and rises at about the same time, everything about Mistpaw can be described as energetic. Every activity performed throughout the day is performed with an eager, positive attitude and is done thoroughly and efficiently. Mistpaw will carry out orders without complaint, and will act just as excited to spend time with elders as she is to train in hunting or fighting. It is often difficult to tell if she is tired or not until she gets to her nest - Often, after a long day, she will simply lay down and fall asleep instantly, but you wouldn't really have known she was so tired unless you worked her to the point of absolute exhaustion and she collapsed in front of you.
Eager(P)
Just as any good apprentice, Mistpaw is eager to learn and eager to please. She will walk from one end of the earth to another just to please her clan, and was brought up by her foster mother with a steady and strict paw on the Warrior Code. Mistpaw will always, always be in the mood to learn, even if you're only sitting her down and telling her a story. Her affinity for knowledge is almost shocking - For she isn't just a young cat who wants to become a warrior, but a young cat who wants to know what it means to be a warrior. Be it hunting, helping the elders, or fighting for her clan, Mistpaw will do the activity with a positive look on things.
Friendly(P)
Friendly can be a broad term - Some prefer to call her overbearing. Mistpaw will approach just about anyone in her clan and chat to them about just about anything. She is quick to make a friend out of, and once you have reached that not-so-difficult to attain level, you will have her by your side for life. She doesn't like harming other cats all too much, but she will do it if it's necessary, as is deemed by the Warrior Code. Mistpaw's friendliness extends to cats outside of Riverclan, but it does not mean she won't fight them on the battlefield. After all, the Code is the Code, and Mistpaw plans to follow it and make her clan proud.
Ambitious(E)
A trait typically granted to malicious cats, Mistpaw takes the rarely seen positive outlook on ambition. Mistpaw's ambitions don't extend to being Deputy or Leader - She aspires instead to be a great warrior to her clan. She is a young cat, however, and it is up to the cats around her to mold her ambition in the right way and nurture it into a healthy ambition rather than a dangerous one.
Unskilled(N)
Being so young, it is only to be expected that Mistpaw has no skills as of yet. Apprenticed only recently, Mistpaw is horribly unprepared if any true tragedy were to befall the clan. She would be next to useless in battle and a liability in a famine. Her learning capabilities and adaptability will make it easier for her to overcome this trait, but she will always be less skilled than some, and it may prove to be troublesome somewhere along the line. Like above, it is up to her mentor and other warriors around her to nurture her into a productive member of the clan, who can give more than they take from the kill pile.
Naive(N)
One of Mistpaw's fatal flaws is her childish outlook on life. She is young, and while that is unfortunately a huge role in most of her traits, this one is the most prominent. Mistpaw is very naive and believes there is good in every cat and that there is hope for every cat to be saved. She also believes that none of her clan mates would never try to maliciously deceive her, and while the latter may be true, the former is not so quite. While she might outgrow this trait as she gets older, it is most likely she is going to have to learn this lesson the hard way, as it is impossible for another cat to teach a young, optimistic cat tales of caution. Everyone must learn some things the hard way.
Insensitive(N)
Mistpaw would never desire to be malicious, but because she is not too adept at picking up on emotions quite yet. As such, she might come of as a bit insensitive in some rings of conversation, such as how a cat might be sad. While some cats' sadness cannot be fixed, Mistpaw would likely respond with a simple 'Just get over it!' and laugh and expect a smile. She will likely outgrow this as she grows older and socializes more. It is to be noted that while she may grow out of these multiple negative traits, she may also grow out of some of her positive ones as well, as personality is dynamic in young cats and young people alike.
History:
Overview
Mistpaw grew up with a pretty average upbringing with only a few major, notable events.
Kithood - Current
Mistpaw, born Mistkit, was born to two very attractive parents: Fishfur and Stoneclaw, and was given the name Mistkit at birth due to her beautiful silver coat. While Fishfur was a relatively well-rounded individual, as hinted at by her suffix, Stoneclaw was an extremely skilled fighter, as also noted by his suffix. It was expected from birth that Mistkit would make a beautiful warrior, although it was unsure to her parents whom she would take after in expertise. Mistkit, being so young, didn't particularly show any primary interest around the time she was born, so it was figured she would be wonderful at whatever she did decided to do, should she take after her father. Her mother secretly hoped she would grow to be well-rounded rather than take a sacrifice on one skill to make another grow.
Fishfur fell ill around the time Mistkit was one moon old, much to her father's dismay. Fishfur had come down with a bad case of greencough despite it being out of the season due to a weakened immune system after birth. She died half a moon later, leaving Mistkit motherless. She was quickly taken up by another Riverclan queen, who took on the duties of Mistkit with acceptance and love. Stoneclaw later died of grief, when Mistkit was three moons old, his heart torn to shreds to the point where he refused to eat.
Mistkit was raised by the Riverclan queen, her foster mother, with a loving paw and strict lessons on the Warrior Code. Mistkit grew into Mistpaw with no personal health complications, and is currently beginning her training, only a day or two in after receiving her mentor.
I will be asking for Mistpaw's Mentor and Foster Mother when this is accepted.

Role-Play Example:
There was a silence on that foggy morning, mist rising off of the lake and draping the banks in a thick blanket of grey and white. The stones looked eerie in the silence of the morning fog. Time itself felt it had stopped on that rocky bank on the lake bed, and all life that may have begun elsewhere did not exist presently. It was all timeless - Silent and eternal, and the peace could not be disturbed by any mortal creature. It was not a scene meant to be disturbed, by no cat or two-leg. The grey of rocks was moistened with the moisture in the air, and the whole world appeared to be in some form of grey-scale, including the cat that sat in absolute silence at the foot of one of the boulders, its yellow eyes the only disruption to the eerie scene all around it.
The cat was silent as her surroundings, still as a statue, the only indication of her living the twitch of her whiskers. Her yellow eyes flickered around here and there, her tail still behind her, her paws neatly tucked together, and her breath releasing small clouds into the surrounding mist. The whole setting remained in its serenity with the silent movements of the cat, until a soft scuffling could be heard from under the rocks.
The cat's head turned sharply, its ears perked and nostrils flared, desperate to pierce the scent of lake water. Under the scent-dulling fog could be scented a water vole, stupidly unaware of the hunter in its midst. The silver tabby crouched to her belly in a smooth motion, her thick stripes bending like the currents in the river as her muscles did. She silently leaped onto the boulders, her paws next to silent against the stone. Her yellow eyes searched around for the small morsel, her whiskers twitching in a desperate attempt to sense the air currents change around her to find that little scrap. She saw the stark image of brown against all the grey - A water vole, nibbling at some little seed carried across the water.
Dropping into a crouch, she slipped off of the rock, her movements like a river - Smooth and languid. Her yellow eyes sought out the form once more. It had taken shelter by some rocks. It would be such an easy escape for her prey if she made too many sudden movements.
Mistpaw silenced her mind, afraid that her thoughts would be too loud and scare the prey away, that if she thought for a moment, her heart rate might increase, giving away her position and offering that crucial chance to flee. She would not allow the poor creature the chance. Her clan needed feeding, and it was her duty to serve her clan. She would not let a single mess-up happen to prevent her from achieving that. She dragged her paws over the sand and stones silently, her paws making gently imprints in the wet bank as she slowly pulled herself closer. Her muscles looked relaxed, but taught, all at once as she moved. All of this was an exercised practice, something Mistpaw had a formula for, down to the heartbeat.
The she-cat paused once she was within pouncing range, her yellow eyes locked on the unaware prey. Her hind-legs tensed, and the claws slowly slipped from their sheathes. Mistpaw shifted her weight quietly, tail twisting silently behind her to prepare her for balance, before...
Mistpaw shot from her position and landed on the water vole with precision, the peace of the scene disrupted with a loud crack of bone that seemed to echo through the previously silent area. The she-cat had landed paws-first on the vole's head, and blood seeped through cuts in its cranium. A messy kill, but a successful one. Success was all that mattered in a hunt like this.
The silver tabby smirked confidently to herself, tail rising triumphantly, and-
"Mistpaw, wake up! You're going to miss your first day of training."
The young apprentice squeaked and jumped up to her paws, yellow eyes wide. She looked much younger now, and far less graceful. "Oh, Starclan, really? I'm so sorry!" she yelped.
